6. Cognitive Assessment and Training

7. Pricing and Payment

BrainWaves.AI currently offers free assessments and a waitlist for premium features. When paid services become available, applicable pricing, billing terms, and refund policies will be communicated before you are charged.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BrainWaves.AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai.ventures and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of BrainWaves.AI, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, health outcomes, or any reliance on information provided through the service.
